The project develops an innovative four-pillar VET programme designed to equip learners, teachers, and trainers with future-oriented competencies aligned with key European frameworks, including GreenComp, DigComp, and EntreComp. A central element of the project is the development of AI-supported business simulation tools that bridge the gap between education and real labour market needs, while fostering closer collaboration between VET providers, industry stakeholders, and regional actors.
