Work Package 4, led by Fifty-Fifty, focuses on the creation, implementation, and validation of an AI-driven business simulation platform to provide VET learners and educators with practical skills for the green and digital transitions. The primary objective is to develop a tool featuring AI-powered scenarios that replicate real-world business and sustainability challenges, allowing learners to practice problem-solving in a risk-free environment. This platform integrates adaptive learning algorithms to personalize the experience by analyzing performance and providing real-time feedback to improve knowledge retention. To maximize impact, the work package establishes a structured mentorship system, equipping educators with the resources and methodologies needed to integrate these simulations into their curricula effectively. The activities include an architectural analysis of existing tools, the co-creation of simulation scenarios by all partners, and the launch of a Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) to accompany the platform. The final phase involves localized pilot testing workshops across partner countries to evaluate the tool’s usability and relevance with VET learners, trainers, and industry stakeholders. These workshops provide critical feedback for refining the system through multiple iterations to ensure it meets educational standards and market demands. Key outcomes include a fully operational AI platform, a comprehensive guidance framework for international team simulations, and a set of policy recommendations to support the integration of AI in vocational education
